South Shore Health System is pleased to announce it has been named a 2018 Guardian of Excellence Award® winner by Press Ganey. The award recognizes top-performing health care organizations that have consistently achieved the 95th percentile, or greater, of performance in patient experience.

This is the health system’s sixth consecutive year of being recognized. The award was won in the Medical Practice Division which includes South Shore Health System’s Multi-Specialty Clinics, Breast Care Center at the Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center at South Shore Health, the Podiatry Clinic at 2 Pond Park in Hingham, Mass., and the Center for Wound Healing at 90 Libbey Industrial Parkway in Weymouth, Mass.

The Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Award is a nationally-recognized symbol of achievement in health care. Presented annually, the award honors those who consistently perform in the top five percent among all Press Ganey clients for each reporting period during the course of one year.
