The Grayken Center for Treatment at 797 Main Street in Weymouth is a person-centered collection of substance use disorder (SUD) and behavioral health services and programs that "meet people where they are." We work closely with South Shore Hospital's Emergency Department and inpatient Addiction Medicine Consult Service. The Grayken Center offers outpatient care and treatment for individuals aged 18 and older at three programs: The Bridge Program, the Perinatal Behavioral Health Program, and the SHORE Program.
The Bridge Program is a low-barrier, rapid-access program for individuals with substance use disorder, including alcohol, opioids, benzodiazepines, cocaine, amphetamines, and more.
The Perinatal Behavioral Health Program cares for women who develop anxiety and depression during pregnancy or after giving birth.
The SHORE Program offers stigma-free services for mothers during pregnancy and up to two years postpartum who are navigating a substance use disorder.
These programs are supported by a generous gift from John and Eilene Grayken of Cohasset.
The Grayken Center for Treatment:
- Established a rapid care treatment location for people with SUD
- Launched a Mobile Integrated Health program which will include our Emergency Department and Emergency Medical Services working alongside local police and fire agencies
- Supports our collaboration with Aspire Health Alliance (formerly South Shore Mental Health)
- Furthers our strong relationship with the Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) program at Boston Medical Center (BMC)
