For nearly a century, South Shore Health has provided compassionate, patient-centered care to the community.

South Shore Health gull over a heart with text that reads "South Shore Health Giving Back Togther"

Generous philanthropic support from our community has allowed us to continually strengthen and expand the programs, facilities, and equipment necessary to meet the healthcare needs of our region.

In 2021, third-party fundraisers raised close to $60,000, making an incredible impact on the lives of our patients and their families!

Here are a few examples of how donations from community fundraisers supported South Shore Health last year:

  • Helped pay for underinsured cancer patient's treatments
  • Funded purchasing PPE and equipment needed to combat COVID-19
  • Expanded access to resources for community members suffering from substance use disorder
  • Provided well-being and mental health resources for staff throughout the health system
