​Losing a baby at any gestational age is devastating. South Shore Health offers support and resources to women and families who have experienced a pregnancy loss through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, stillbirth, or early infant death.

Our pregnancy loss support team is made of nurses who specialize in obstetrical and gynecological care and also hold advanced practice degrees in psychology. Our team facilitates pregnancy-loss support groups and is available for individual consultation.

Our Pregnancy Loss Support Group meets on the second Wednesday of each month. This group offers a drop-in model for women and partners who have experienced a loss at any gestational age. Groups are facilitated by experienced OB nurses with specialized training in bereavement and pregnancy loss support.  This group meets in-person at Weymouth Woods Medical Center, Entry 2, 51 Performance Dr., Weymouth, MA in the 2nd floor Conference Room.
